About Us
Bringing Ideas to Life Since 1989
From embroidery accessories to wedding celebrations and home décor, our journey has always been connected to the things people create.
RHSB Group began as Rainbow Sky in Alor Setar, Kedah, in 1989, selling handicraft and embroidery accessories to the local community.
Over the years, that local business grew into a group spanning sourcing, importing, wholesale, retail, e-commerce and food manufacturing. Today, we serve customers shopping for personal occasions, creative projects, homes and businesses.
Our Story
1989 — Our Beginning as Rainbow Sky
Rainbow Sky opened in Alor Setar, selling handicraft and embroidery accessories. At the time, our business served only the local Alor Setar market.
1998 — Expanding Our Sourcing
We expanded into sourcing small commodities from Yiwu, China, broadening our product selection and building relationships with suppliers.
2003 — Growing into Wedding Gifts
We expanded into wedding gifts and celebration products, helping customers prepare the details that make an occasion memorable.
2018 — Expanding into Home Décor
Our business grew into home décor and artificial flowers and trees. We also began modernising our inventory and warehouse operations to support a wider product range.
2019 — Taking Our Business Online
We launched our e-commerce operations, giving customers another way to discover and purchase our products beyond our physical stores.
2022 — Entering Food Manufacturing
The group expanded into food manufacturing through QQBee Food Industry, adding a new area of expertise to our business.
Each stage has grown from the experience of serving customers and understanding how their needs change.
